Reality check on Bajagua: the money this group of Rancho Santa Fe and Tijuana "businessmen" promoting Bajagua spent paying off public officials to support their project we could have used to clean up our beaches. This project is big, bad and corrupt government at its worst. by Serge Dedina

Reality check on Bajagua: the money this group of Rancho Santa Fe and Tijuana "businessmen" promoting Bajagua spent paying off public officials to support their project we could have used to clean up our beaches. This project is big, bad and corrupt government at its worst.
